Our Lamb is 100% Grass-fed, and are raised in much the same way as the beef.
Rose Valley lambs get moved to fresh grass daily and are never given grain, hormones, antibiotics, etc.

Prices include basic cut, wrap and freeze. Prices are based on hanging weights. Hanging weight are approximately 28-40 lbs. Take home weights are 25-35% less than hanging weight due to trimming and deboning.
Whole Lamb requires a $150 non-refundable deposit at the time of order.
