Most other beef that is considered grass-fed is, in reality, only fed grass for the first 6 months of their life. These other "grass-fed" animals will spend the remainder of their lives in a huge, stinky feedlots where they will be fed GMO grains and hormones to finish them as quickly as possible.
At Rose Valley Angus Farm our premium beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. Our Angus cows are rotated throughout the pasture to a fresh "salad-bar" once a day to once a week, depending on the size of the paddock. Rose Valley Angus Farm cows are NEVER given any grain, hormones, antibiotics, or other impurities.
