Protocols

All our products are antibiotic free. This includes beef, pork, chicken, turkey and eggs. 

Our pork and poultry products are pasture raised and supplimented with a GMO Free grain from a local feed mill.

Our beef is also GMO free.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. No grains.

Our beef, pork, chicken, turkey and eggs are all pasture raised.

The beef graze all summer long and bale graze on the pastures in the winter as weather permits.

The pork go out on our wooded pastureland as soon as they are big enough. They stay out until slaughter.

Chickens go out in portable chicken shelters around 2 weeks of age. They get daily moves to ensure fresh grass and clean living quarters. They stay out ntil slaughter at 6-7 weeks.
